Here. We. Go.

I have to admit, I don’t know if I was ready for this change in my career, but I am jumping in with all my might. As of the new year, I am officially responsible for my own paycheck. I can’t wait to see what this year will bring and all the new people I will meet as I build my business. One of the resources that has been really helpful for me so far is the 2013 Best Freelance Tools site. If you are doing freelance work too, definitely check it out. I jumped in without floaties and it is full of info for freelancers so they can develop their business and find the right clients.

As I move forward with this new endeavor, I definitely covet your prayers. While I have a lot of ideas for what I want to do, the next few months will be a bit scary as I pursue new clients and new exciting projects. I can’t wait to see what the Lord has for me this year, as he teaches me to trust in him as I take this leap.

“Pray as though everything depended on God. Work as though everything depended on you.” -St. Augustine
